Switch of sharing via Wifi is not correct if the port is forbidden

Reproducing step:

Launch VLC-iOS on two simulators.
Activate sharing via Wifi on one. (The IP address should be the same on both sim)
Try to activate on the other one, Port forbidden by OS, trying another one log should be written.
Wifi switch state is wrong.
