Apple TV subtitles sync

User feedback:

I frequently have to manually sync subtitles to videos in VLC app for the Apple TV device. Differently from the desktop app, the Apple TV app requires 20 clicks to advance or delay 1 second of subtitles (0.05s increments). The desktop app requires only 2 clicks (0.5s increments), which works perfectly fine. Believe it or not, it's not uncommon to find subtitles that are 13 seconds out of sync. This means 260 clicks of adjustment on the controller. Not helpful.
