Localization: missing Basque language

Hi, in the iOS settings(Settings/Apps/VLC/Language), Basque(eu) doesn't appear in the list of languages. However, the translation is available in the project repository(https://code.videolan.org/videolan/vlc-ios/-/tree/master/Resources/eu.lproj), is there any reason for this? Thank you very much.
