Apple TV skip Bug

If I open the Vlc App on my Apple TV 4k (18.3) and connect to my NAS via SMB, video skipping does not work properly, I can not skip 10sec several times in a row but only once and then you have to wait 1 sec and then you can skip another 10sec which is very tedious.

App Version: 3.6.4 TV OS: 18.3
