vlc-x-callback to Google Drive Playlist does not work (query string parameter?)

Hi,

I'm trying to download m3u playlists via vlc-x-callback. The file is hosted on Google Drive and is accessible via https://drive.usercontent.google.com/download?id=1TvyJ-qnmaZSjikw041dNyxPs-YzP3Csg&export=download (Checked via curl and wget)

I encoded the URL and created a vlc-x-callback URL in this form:

vlc-x-callback://x-callback-url/download?filename=test.m3u&url=https%3A%2F%2Fdrive.usercontent.google.com%2Fdownload%3Fid%3D1TvyJ-qnmaZSjikw041dNyxPs-YzP3Csg%26export%3Ddownload

Encoded for easy test:

I crosschecked the approach and the playlist file using AWS S3 and this works. Is this a bug or is there a mistake on my side?
