VLC for iOS "Sharing via Wifi" feature does not support IPv6

Please consider supporting IPv6 on the "Sharing via Wifi" feature. The feature is unreachable on a IPv6-only network.

Using iOS 14.4, VLC 3.2.13(375)

I believe CocoaHTTPServer already supports IPv6, VLC just needs to open the listening socket.
