Equalizer: Pre-amp level not properly set when the equalizer is disabled

If the equalizer is disabled and the default pre-amp level is set to 0dB, the pre-amp level will not be properly set.

If we open the EqualizerView with the above parameters, the audio will be distorted and the correct pre-amp value will be set.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
