Search UI needs to be improved

See the figma screen. We currently have just an inline search that reuses the mediacategory collectionview

The search in general was implemented and landed with e972c861 and following. I make this 3.3.0 and keep it as "improve search UI". We need to potentially rethink the UI because when we switch to the medialibrary wide search (It's currently done in the App) we might not get the ranges to visually display in the search UI
