MiniPlayer: Shuffle state not set when the player is initialized

Even though the shuffle state is enabled when the playback starts with the mini player, the media list will be played in order:

Mini_Player_-_Shuffle

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
