Scrubbing while paused: Cannot seek multiple times.

Steps:

1. Open any media on either the Video player or Audio player.
2. Open the player in fullscreen.
3. Pause.
4. Scrub forward or backward multiple times (either with the seek gesture or the double tap gesture).

Expected behaviour: On playback, the media's playback position is moved depending on the total scrubs. Scrubbing 5 times on 10 second intervals should initiate a 50 second jump backward/forward in the media.

Real behaviour: On playback, the media's playback position is moved only 1 interval in the direction of the user's scrubbing. Scrubbing forward 5 times on 10 second intervals initiates a 10 second jump forward in the media on playback.
