Sorting UI + Edit Selection Mode for Remote Playback on tvOS

After Integration of Media Library on tvOS , next goal is to add sorting + edit selection mode for remoteplayback viewcontroller to work with with playlist ui.

This Issue can be a way to discuss progress before an MR.
