Progress bar not updated on seek while paused

Issue can be replicated on VideoPlayer as well as AudioPlayer.

If on a media at midway, paused. Seeking forwards/backwards via either tap or swipe isn't reflected in the progress bar. Unpausing the media makes the progress bar "jump" to the appropriate duration.
