Inconsistent usage of large title display

large title display is disabled in the following screens: Video, Audio, Playlists.

large title display is enabled in the following screens: Network, Settings (collapses to small title here when scrolled).

It does not feel cohesive. Should we stick to one choice and keep it the same throughout?
