Audio-only playback UI slow/unresponsive

(I think this is one of the issues described in #1662 (closed) which is closed, but I think the problem still exists)

My iPad is seeing scrubbing on audio-only playback to be very unresponsive. It seems to only allow a few points along the timeline to be clicked and definitely doesn't allow smooth dragging along the line.

IOS 16.3.1 VLC 3.4.3
