The exact steps to reproduce the problem.

1. On Network page, use Local files to open any video file in "On My iPad" or other locations.
2. Use repeat one or repeat all mode to play video
3. when play finishes, video is repeated with black screen, audio is played normally however
4. minimize VLC player from iOS or minimize video from VLC player itself, then restore it will recover video.
5. video files stored in VLC storage have no such issue
