Default playback speed: Allow custom values

Users might want to select a specific default playback speed value that is not proposed within the values we display in the options.

It could be interesting to allow users to type in a value (within a range) and save it as the default playback speed value.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
