Add option to configure subtitle background color

The freetype renderer supports creating a dynamic background for subtitles so they become more readable. This should be exposed in VLCKit and subsequently in the VLC app. The existing patch for SPU text color can provide guidance here, but this is not trivial to implement.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
