Playqueue: Unreadable cells and constraint issues

Multiple issues regarding the playqueue cells have been discovered by users testing the 3.4.0 TestFlight release:

The titles are cropped and therefore are unreadable.
When the cell's title and description are too long, they overlay with the drag indicator image view.
The title color is set to the current theme's text color making it really hard to read in the bright theme where the text color is black.
