Make placeholder album art support new Now Playing interface in iOS 16

With the introduction of the new Now Playing interface in iOS 16, the placeholder album art appears blurry when in the expanded view. A possible solution would either be to increase the resolution of the placeholder image that is passed to the Now Playing view or not pass any album art at all when there is none associated with the currently playing file.
