(iPadOS 15) Edit buttons does nothing when pressed

It seems that the buttons that available on "Edit" mode like : Share, Delete, Add Playlist. seems doesn't work for whatever reason. I can touch it but it does nothing.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
