Stored properties cannot be marked potentially unavailable

Throughout the swift parts of the app, we have stored properties that are marked as potentially unavailable. This is forbidden in Xcode 14 and needs to be fixed.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
