Remote Playback failing on Apple TV with Windows 11 PC

Hi, I've used VLC on my Apple TV for many years. I have always used Remote Playback with a PC to play video files from my PC on the VLC app on my Apple TV.

Currently on the VLC app on Apple TV, Remote Playback looks to be enabled. But when I navigate to the local URL on my PC, the page doesn't load and I see a "DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN" error.

I've tried flusing the DNS, restarted the DNS services on my PC, proofread the URLs, reset my Apple TV, restarted my computer and TV, checked my etc/hosts file, and tried Microsoft Edge and Chrome. Nothing fixed the error.
