Add way to export and import list of recently played network streams

For instance:

for export - copy the history list in to clipboard and inform user about this.
for import - open a textarea for entering/copying the history list for the import. May be offer two buttons for import with appending and for import by replacing.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
