Improve brightness/volume sliders on iPad

We receive numerous feedback about the new brightness/volume sliders notably for iPad as being too small to be useable and way too reactive, so you change very little and then blast the crap out of your speakers.

We should iterate on this.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
