Subtitles download fails for media opened through a temporary permission from another app or external storage

If media is played in VLC through a temporary permission from another application container or from external storage, we attempt to store subtitles downloaded from OSO in that directory as well, which fails as VLC has RO access to that singular file only and does not even know what's in the folder next to the main file.
