External subtitles support issues

Using iPadOS 15.3.1 VLC version 3.3.0 (418) Previous version supported external subtitles using FTP connection, now FTP no longer shows subtitles in file list or subtitle menu. Previous version would not show or support external subtitles with hangeul filenames. Previous and current version SMB shows no external subtitles in subtitle menu.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
