Missing accessibility for title label in video player

According to user feedback, the description of the video title is confusing to totally blind users:

"Hi, I don’t understand what’s going on. When I’m watching a video, I see this line at the top left hand corner of the screen. I don’t know what it is, and I’m wondering how to get rid of it. It looks like it’s a line that’s giving me an indication of speech I’m not sure. Is this something that you can put a toggle button on off or get rid of it altogether?"
