Cannot connect to any server on tvOS except after rebooting

VLC 3.0.12 (414) Apple TV 4K (2nd generation) A2169 tvOS 15.3 (19K547)

VLC does not discover any local network servers, nor display an option to manually connect unless I launch it right after rebooting my Apple TV. I have a video demonstrating the issue uploaded to YouTube (due to GitLab size limits) https://youtu.be/pYpPEipU12Q

Let me know if there is a debug build I can install or an option to obtain the logs - I have not found one.

iPad and iOS version does not have this issue - even when my local UPnP server takes a while to respond, the option to manually add a server is always accessible there.

(I am not familiar with development for Apple devices so this is just an educated guess - I suspect the problem might be because the "Connect to server" does not appear until the scan is done and it blocks in certain circumstances)
