VLC iPad 3.2.13 (375) : OneDrive setting opens with Bad Request pop up - no way to disconnect from OneDrive Or fix the issue

I have connected my VLC app [VLC iPad 3.2.13 (375)] to OneDrive long back. When I go to "Network" tab of VLC UX, I see OneDrive showing as "Logged In". But tapping on OneDrive immediately pops up a "bad request" OS dialog box with OK button and clicking on it exits me back to "Cloud Services" page. So I am not able to fix the OneDrive connection setting and there is no way for me to disconnect either.

Is there any work around other than uninstalling and reinstalling the app?
