Show volume/brightness sliders only on value changes

The sliders for volume and brightness should be visible on interaction only and not always when the playback UI is displayed. This would be helpful to less elements disturbing the playback experience.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
