VLC for iOS does not allow opening HEVC files from cloud services

VLC for iOS 3.2.13 (375) does not allow opening HEVC video files (*.hevc) from cloud services (tried Google Drive and iCloud). Files are listed in the directory but are shown as greyed out. MOV files added to same directory open and play without issues. Also, same HEVC files open and play fine on VLC for macOS.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
