SharePlay/Group Activities Integration with VLC

Apple introduced SharePlay for iOS 15 this WWDC. It can sync up playbacks of media with people on a Facetime call. AVDelegatingPlaybackController enables us to integrate any custom Video Player for SharePlay (According to my initial research and Apple's WWDC session on the topic). I feel like it won't take much time to integrate and would be a nice addition to VLC's video player redesign.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
