subtitle below the picture (for iOS )

currently the vlc for iOS shown subtitle inside the movie picture, in the bottom of picture. the iOS device like ipad is 4:3, so when playing most movies, it have letter box ,2 black tape.

if the subtitle can be displayed at the black area below the picture, thats will be great.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
