Unlike other server browsers, the FTP server browser displays all files that are found in a certain folder, which includes files that cannot be played by VLC like metadata files or subtitles. This commit implements filtering of displayed files so that only playable video and audio files are displayed.

In addition, this commit also fixes a bug where when a server browser implements the subtitleURL property, the VLCServerBrowsingController would not use the URL.

After removing a stream from the Network Stream section there was a bug that
prevented the corresponding title from being removed and so the next time that a stream is inserted into the same position the app shows the previously set Title. This commit Fix the aforemention bug.

Switch from SSKeychain to XKKeychain which supports generic attributes additionally to a secret value. Add keychain methods to VLCNetworkServerLoginInformation. Add VLCNetworkServerLoginInformationField to add support for additional login information such as SMB workgroups. tvOS: Add support for SMB workgroups. tvOS: switch back to official CRKArrayDiff

tvOS: Disable VLCLocalNetworkServiceBrowserBonjour. VLCLocalNetworkServiceBonjour does not implement any of the three optional methods in VLCLocalNetworkService. The implementation of one of these methods is required to actually browse the servers.
