App Delegate: push passcode validation vc before leaving the active state so we don't leak the library contents to the multitasking view

playback: don't leak meta data to the OS if passcode lock is enabled since this voids the privacy added by the lock

App Delegate: remove time-out until passcode is requested since this wasn't secure enough for users who enabled the feature

compilation script: use our own upnpx fork instead of the official download since development was discontinued

Replace single call for max 150 results with data pagination to increase performance.
Scrolling down triggers next 100 results. Added calls for streaming.

HEADER_SEARCH_PATHS were set incorrectly leading to an internal Xcode error

build script: vlc.git is no longer being compiled by this script but internal to MobileVLCKit which is the correct hierarchy and simplifies the use of MVK for 3rd parties

Note that you need to delete ImportedSources/vlc manually after this update if you don't want to waste ~1GB of disk storage.
