library: when trying to play an item from an album, build a media list and play that one instead, so we can listen to the other tracks without going to back to the library

Add a toolbar button in a dark style for iOS 6 based upon a darkened grayscale version of the existing button artwork

menu: fix incomplete xmas icon implementation which prevented the hat from appearing on non-library tabs

library: refactor item deletion to prevent code duplication and repeated library reloads while deleting multiple items

library: re-enable deletion of albums and shows from their designated view modes, fix deletion of show episodes and album tracks, code optimizations

Only list episodes and tracks if there aren't more in the album or show

This bbasically means that detected albums and shows won't be displayed as individual items anymore but collapsed on only. On touch, they'll reveal the hidden items.

Display order is [Albums] [Shows] [items which don't be belong to a collection]

iPad Library view: fill the cell with the thumbnail on iOS and use different cell sizes per orientation

This makes a bit more sense, allows the removal of quite a few hacks and allows users of the local network tab to stay in their current directory instead of being thrown back to the media library.
