Thumbnail cache: expand internal API so we can also ask for artwork based on meta data in addition to MLFiles

playback: update displayed meta data when buffering, so it will also work when switching media list members

library: when trying to play an item from an album, build a media list and play that one instead, so we can listen to the other tracks without going to back to the library

use moving average for remaining time calculation to smooth out spikes in a connection.
