app delegate: fix regression preventing the display of files which were added while the apps is not running

This happens frequently when syncing media via iTunes. Issue introduced in 4bb4d2

It currently lacks a button for profile selection, labels for each slider and a button to bring-up the UI on iPhone

On iPad, right swipe on cell, on phone/pod, long touch to display

one tab to rule them all

Fetch the Dropbox SDK ourselves instead ofusing the CocoaPod, compile all the libraries with the correct settings and update MLKit

playback: replace action sheets for audio / SPU selection with a custom-styled table view, which allows the selection of either track in a single view
