Be able to reorder a playlist is one of most needed features and makes the lists really usable
Swipe to remove would be also nice if you provide an undo option for false deleting
Save button - to save the list under the same name. It's better to let the user choose if to save the current editing or not
If you add new tracks or lists to one already existing list (overwrite save) the new tracks should be added at the end of the list and not mixed with the current ones
1+2. Very good, it will be tested
3. That won't be needed if the list is saved automatically after the changes are made. More important would be to have a exporting possibility of the lists. They are now stored in the root and an uninstall of vlc will lose all. Not good if you edited them a lot before.
4. Not needed since you can reorder the tracks now
The way we implemented it is in fact the Android way. If you want to modify something (a playlist in that case), you can un-do any action but you are not proposed to save the modifications, they are applied along the way so the whole modification doesn't need to be saved.

It's out of this issue's scope. You should open another one.
The new playlist elements (move&delete) are very useful, tanks.
But there is an issue with these in the dark mode, wrong colors on font and background. I think these new dialogs have to be color inverted for the dark mode.
