RTSP streaming in Android build have issue for Codec H264

Hello

VLC library and of-course Player is really great. This is really useful for the developer to use & for end user too.

I followed all the steps mentioned in https://wiki.videolan.org/AndroidCompile/ and I am able to generate APK also (Thanks for this guide link)

****But when i check the rtsp stream url in generated apk its not streaming. :( Here I've attached the log which i got from generated apk ****

NOTE : I've checked with the VLC application of Windows & Ubuntu its Streaming & working fine in both. Screenshots from the windows VLC player for codec details.

I've Checked Android APK which is on Play Store (Version 2.0.6) but same issue which i got from the generated apk from vlc source code.

It will be great help if I get anything from your team. Is VLC now won't support streaming for this codec or still its in under development. Or am i missed anything from my side while generating build. ?

Your guidance or help will be very helpful for me.

I tried to check little bit more and check the issue https://code.videolan.org/videolan/vlc-android/issues/127 and changed the version of live555 and checksum.Log_After_Changing_live555_version.txt

After changing live555 version from live.2016.08.27.tar.gz to live.2016.09.12.tar.gz in rules.mak file (in vlc-android/vlc/contrib/src/live555/rules.mak) Apk is generated successfully but streaming still have issue. So is it something related to other library which is being used in vlc-android

Here I've attached the log after changing live555 version. I've also attached the screenshot of the build apk version of vlc.

If possible thn please guide or show way to resolve this. I'll try and make it workable with your help or guidance.

After checking the older versions of the apk

I found in 1.4.0 same codec 264 for rtsp streaming working fine.

Here I have attached the log file of 1.4.0 apk in which same url its working fine.

And when i try to build apk using source of the version 1.4.0 its giving error like fribidi make configure might because of the package link is dead.

So can VLC team guide me for 1.4.0 version or for the latest version of VLC.
