A specific 4k HDR video make VLC crash.
The Video is FPS_UHD_HDR10_23976.mp4
Description
VLC loads the video, slowly, then starts, and crash soon after. When you try to left the video, it also crashes.
Expected behavior
VLC should not crash, even if the video is heavy.
