gdb: remove --apk-file option 

Use ndk-stack instead

Example:
$ adb logcat | $ANDROID_NDK/ndk-stack -sym .dbg/armeabi-v7a/2.1.0
$ $ANDROID_NDK/ndk-stack -sym .dbg/armeabi-v7a/2.1.0 -dump crash.txt
parent dbd7e56c
