Beta is unavailable at the moment due to folder being hidden, I believe they only are available when someone does it manually. As the creation date always shows around the new tag creation date. So they do exist at server, but are hidden to the public until manually setting folder to visible.

Yes, that's the way it works:

1. A tag is made
2. a CI pipeline creates the apk files
3. I download them and sign them
4. They are then sent to the stores and the website
5. For the stores, a review process may have to go through. It should in fact be available on the Play Store right now
6. For the website, it has to be made publicly available by hand. I don't have this power but the person in charge has been notified
