Revert "Remove no-video flag"

This reverts commit 5e3982df.

Without the "no-video" flag, vlc will try to open the video decoder and the
vout in loop and will cost a lost of CPU.

This commit was a workaround to fix the switch from audio only to video. This
is now fixed in VLC.
