Unable to revoke/manage saved SMB network credentials

Description

There is no way to revoke/manage saved SMB network credentials.

Expected behavior

All saved networks should be displayed in the network browser along with an option to reset their login credentials. Perhaps a contextual tap and hold menu or a 3-dot menu containing the relevant option to edit/reset credentials would be better.

Actual behavior

The saved networks are not displayed unless the network is online. Even after going online there is no way to remove/manage saved network credentials from the displayed list.
