[3.2.0-beta3 / 3.3.0-dev] equalizer enable button with stuck focus

Description

The focus (shadow) of the enable eq button stay always visible (doesn't disappear)

This is not a full focused state, enabled focus is much darker (below state is when the switch is pressed):

It's like the state when the color after the focus is getting off and is only visible for milliseconds. Clicking on other elements don't switch off this remain focus and this is only stay on this first switch and not on the below band switch and also not on any switches in the options. The button on the previous eq (bevore the redesign) handled the focus normally, since all further versions have this bug.

*It was tested with Pie 9 (LineageOS), Marshmallow 6 and Nougat 7 (both original Samsung soft).
*It seems NOT happens on older versions like Kitkat with the old band styling.

layout inspector

The layout inspector shows that the first switch is stuck at default on isFocused() and hasFocus() = true, clicking on other element don't change this state. The values on the below switch are both on false. The key of this bug could be also the value isFocusableInTouchMode(), the second switch has this value always on false.
