[3.2.0-beta2] it is possible to break playback progress bar

Description

Expected behavior

If you press and hold the button to fastforward, vlc should fast forward for as long as you hold down the button. The audio jumps when you release the button.

Actual behavior

If your finger moves slightly and you release the button while your finger is no longer on the button, VLC will not stop fast forwarding. The audio will not jump but simply continue playing normaly. Skipping to the next track will fix the progress bar again.

Steps to reproduce

1. Play any song
2. Tap and hold to fastforward
3. Move your finger to some other position on the screen and lift it up again

Context

I accidentaly discovered this bug because I seemingly moved my finger while fast forwarding a song.
