Video playlist order, reorder, other issues

When adding video files to playlist, videos need to be added 1 by 1 to get desired order. Reordering the videos is not possible.

• Videos added to playlist should always be at end of list; however, When a video is deleted from playlist then re-added, it is moved back to position it was at before deletion and not at the end of playlist as it should be.
• Possibilty to order multiple videos according to selected order when creating playlist would be great
• Ability to drag and drop like in queue to rearrange playlist and saving changes
• Adding the same video twice is possible and should be, but if added by mistake then deleting one deletes both which forces you to add it once more.
