[3.2.0-beta-1] Android TV scrubbing UI should be more TV appropriate instead of touch appropriate
When pressing right on the D-Pad to scrub forward on a video on Android TV, there's 2 UI effects that seem like they belong on a touch UI rather than a TV UI. These should be tweaked so they appear more appropriate for a TV UI.
-
The touch animation of the "growing circle from the side of the screen" seems completely unnecessary and just makes your TV look like a huge phone screen instead of a native TV UI since that animation usually indicates a finger touch. I think it should be removed since it just distracts, takes up resources and belongs on a touchscreen rather than a TV set.

Having the timer and fast forward double arrows appear small and on the side of the screen in the direction you are scrubbing, again, makes it look like a touchscreen UI rather than a native TV UI. I think the timer and fast forward double arrows should be larger and in the very middle of the TV screen with the arrows pointing in the direction you are scrubbing. This is more TV UI-appropriate since people tend to look at the center of the screen and making the timer and fast forward arrows bigger helps with overall visibility of the time progress and where the scrubbing is headed.
These 2 little tweaks will go a long way, I think, in making the user feel like they are using a native TV UI.
