Medialibrary wiped after second scan

Happening with VLC for Android 3.2.0-beta-1

Steps to reproduce:

1. Run app for the first time, tell to scan the sdcard, go to the audio tab, wait for the full parsing (cf. ml-log-1-firstscan.log)
2. Go Home, and resume the app, but not sure if this step is needed (cf. ml-log-2-home-resume-app.log)
3. Audio Menu, click refresh: the whole audio content is wiped (cf. ml-log-3-refresh.log)
